policies

a $150 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.  
the balance of your session fee is due at the end of your shoot.


the deposit is due no later than one week before your session or the session will be released.
 

we work exclusively with a hand-picked roster of expert makeup artists for all of our sessions.
your headshot represents you to the industry and we believe it should be of the highest quality.
for this reason, makeup + styling is an integral part of our process for getting you your best shots.
 

if you need to reschedule your session for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.
we'll be happy to reschedule you and transfer your deposit to a new session as long as you're able to give us at least 72 hours notice.
sessions rescheduled within 72 hours of the original start time will forfeit the original deposit. we require a new $150 deposit to confirm the new date.

please note: rescheduling penalties do not apply in cases of illness/the presence of COVID-19 symptoms.

a no-call/no-show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. we reserve the right not to reschedule your session.

you’ll have multiple opportunities to look through your shots both during and at the end of your session in order
to make sure that we’re getting the shots you need. because we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your shots before you leave,
we do not offer re-shoots.
